Projects completed have ranged from small alterations and additions to large and complex house with a contract sum in excess of $3 million. All have been won in competitive tender and using contracts administered by the architect.
Project have included highly specialised trades, craftspeople, fine detailing and complex services. Nigel Armstrong coordinated projects professionally, providing regular and thorough site supervision.
